We are pleased to advise that practices are now able to attach PDF documents to cases on the portal – there is now no need to email them to the office separately. A maximum of 3 PDF documents, such as histopath/pathology reports, can now be attached at the time of creating a new case submission or during a follow up submission.
* If you are submitting a new case to us, once you have added information and pictures of the lesion(s), on the Consultation Details page there is a section called Supporting Documents – click on the Add Supporting Document button to upload your PDF documents.
* If you are submitting a follow up on a case to us, on the Follow Up Details page there is again a section called Supporting Documents – click on the Add Supporting Document button to upload your PDF documents.
